PERA Building – Public Employees Retirement Association Office – LEED Gold Certified

The PERA Building is the largest Rammed-Earth structure in the Southwest. Its 24″ walls were formed with Abique red earth and 5% concrete, mixed dry and compacted in forms. It is a 16,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold project and received the 2010 Best Building in Class and Best Overall Green Building awards from the Associated General Contractors Association.
